A new lawsuit filed by Sexual abuse attorney Adam Horowitz alleges that the owner and president of Direct Messenger Service, Jeffrey Bass, sexually assaulted a female employee on multiple occasions during her employment with the company  between 2013 and 2015.  Direct Messenger Service is a courier company in Sunrise, Florida.

According to the lawsuit filed in Broward County Circuit Court (Case No. 16-017570), the alleged victim was subjected to multiple sexual advances by Bass, including the grabbing of her breasts and buttocks in the workplace. In addition, the lawsuit contends that Jeffrey Bass continued these actions after the employee made known that she not want to be touched in a sexual manner.  The lawsuit also contends that the employee ceased working for Direct Messenger Service on account of Bass’s alleged sexual misconduct.
