In 1986, Krawczyk admitted to giving alcohol to minors after being accused of sexually harassing a group of minors in addition to giving them alcohol and marijuana. A 1988 complaint was also about giving alcohol to minors. In 1992, Father Henry Krawczyk supposedly drank alcohol together with an underage boy.
At a cookout in 2003, Krawczyk gave alcohol to several underage football players for the University of Pittsburgh. One of the intoxicated minors died after falling from the rood of St. Anne, leading Father Krawczyk to plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter in 2005.
