Summary of Alleged Misconduct Involving Fr. Robert Pudlo:

According to media reports, in October 2018, the Diocese of Erie announced that it received an allegation that Fr. Robert Pudlo reportedly failed to upon credible information about child sexual abuse that was reported to him.  The allegation was “under investigation” at the time his name was added to the list. His name remained on the Diocese of Erie’s list of accused priests for some time, until it was quietly removed without explanation. The outcome of the Diocese’s internal investigation into allegations that Pudlo failed to stop child sexual abuse was never made public.

Robert Pudlo died in 1986 at age 49.
