According to media reports, in June 2020, Fr. Andrew J Lenahan was accused in a lawsuit of sexually abusing a minor between 1960-1963 at Holy Family in Stottville, NY. No information on the allegation regarding the age/gender of the victim was given. Lenahan served the Diocese of Allentown and the Diocese of Albany during his time in the priesthood.

Lenahan died in 1987, at the age of 82.
