For 45 years, Fr. Francis Husselbeck served the Albany Diocese as a dedicated priest. According to media reports, in June 2020, Husselbeck was accused in a lawsuit of sexually abusing a minor between 1982-1985 at St. Agnes/St. Patrick in Cohoes, NY. No information on the allegation regarding the age/gender of the victim was given.

Fr. Husselbeck retired in 1998 and passed away in 2003 at the age of 72.
