Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Edward Crews:

Fr. Edward Crews worked in the Diocese of Monterey. Fr. Crews was included on a list of priests in the Diocese of Monterey’s 2019 List of Credibly Accused Clergy of Sexual Abuse.

Very little is known of Crew’s activities within the church, as the Diocese of Monterey has not released any information about the year Crew was ordained nor his assignment history. In addition, information about the age/gender of his alleged victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, or Crew’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse is unknown.

According to Bishop Accountability, it is noted that there was a report received against Fr. Crews in 2002 about an incident that took place in 1954. Fr. Crews died in 1985.
