Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Mr. Luis Garcia:

Mr. Luis Garcia was a former seminarian in the Diocese of Monterey. In 2019, Mr. Luis Garcia was included on the the Diocese of Monterey’s list of priests who was named as being “credibly accused” of child sex abuse. Very little is known of Garcia’s activities within the church as the Diocese of Monterey has not released any information about the year Garcia was ordained nor his assignment history.

According to the list, that there was a report received in 2009 about an incident that took place in 1982. In addition, information about the age/gender of his alleged victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, or Garcia’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse is unknown.
