Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Brother Dennis Duffy:

In 1990, Br. Dennis Duffy was accused of sexually abusing minors in Whiteriver, Arizona in 1975. Duffy was assigned to St. Francis in Whiteriver, AZ from 1975-1980.

After the allegations, Duffy was removed from the ministry and put onto a safety plan.

In 2019, Duffy was named publicly as accused by the Franciscan Friars Province of Santa Barbara, named as being credibly accused of child sex abuse. In addition, Duffy was added to the Diocese of Gallup list and the Oakland Diocese list in 2019.

In 2020, Duffy was included on the revised Diocese of Stockton list of priests credibly accused of sexual abuse of a minor.

Information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims and the nature of the alleged sexual abuse is unknown.

According to media reports, as of 2019, Duffy is believed to be living in an elder care facility in California.
