Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father Paul Linssen:

Fr. Paul Linssen was originally ordained a priest in 1950 for Netherlands Province, and then transferred to the west coast where he served in the Oregon Province, as well as in the Diocese of San Jose.  According to media reports, in 2010, his name was included in the Diocese of Fairbanks bankruptcy documents on a list of individuals against whom one person has brought a complaint of sexual abuse.

In 2018, Linssen’s name was included on the Jesuits West Province list of clergy credibly accused of child sexual abuse. It noted allegations of abuse that took place in 1959, were reported in 2008. Information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims or the nature of the alleged sexual abuse is unknown.

Fr. Linssen died in 1960.
