Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Sister Anthony Pereira:

Anthony Louise Pereira was a Sister of the Salesians of Don Bosco who served in multiple parishes in the Diocese of San Jose. According to media reports, in 2004, she was named in a multi-plaintiff suit against the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, a priest, and several nuns. The plaintiff alleged that he was abused as a child by Pereira and another nun at the St. Thomas-St. Vincent Orphanage in Anchorage, Kentucky. They reportedly molested him and forced him to engage in sexual acts with other boys. The Order confirmed that Pereira worked at the orphanage from 1946-1965.

Pereira’s last known whereabouts before she died were in San Mateo, California. The year of her death is unknown.
