Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father John Nash:

Fr. John Nash was ordained to the priesthood in 1975, and served in the Diocese of Norwich. According to media reports, in 2020, his name was included on the Diocese of Norwich list of clergy credibly accused of child sexual abuse. It noted that Nash was removed from ministry, and was petitioned for removal from the clerical state in 2002. It also noted that he died in 2010.

The diocese has not released details such as which parishes the priest served at, what he is accused of, the number of complaints filed against him and whether the diocese ever reported his action to police or the state Department of Children and Families as they have been required by state law to do since 1971.
