Jesse Seiden represents survivors of sexual abuse in sexual abuse litigation nationwide. His practice focuses on holding perpetrators and the institutions that enable abuse financially accountable, and on helping survivors regain control through the legal process. Jesse approaches his work with persistence, empathy, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Jesse has played a key role in cases resulting in more than $200 million in recoveries under the Child Victims Act and Adult Survivors Act. Before representing survivors, he practiced defense-side litigation, experience that now informs his approach to case strategy, discovery, and negotiation. That background allows him to anticipate defense tactics and position cases for maximum leverage and resolution.
Jesse earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Binghamton University in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2012. During law school, he served on the boards of the Dispute Resolution Society and theNew York International Law Review, was certified in divorce mediation, and won the national Mock Baseball Arbitration Competition.
Jesse is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. He is committed to empowering survivors and ensuring their voices are heard.
