Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Alexander Capo:

In 2000, Alexander Capo, an eighth-grade Spanish teacher at Our Lady of Mercy High School in Brighton, was fired and subsequently arrested on allegations of having an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old child.

Incidents related to the relationship allegedly took place both in the school and in Irondequoit where Capo resided. Capo pleaded guilty to two separate counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, and was given two 30-day jail sentences.

Capo currently lives in Rochester, New York.
