Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father Francis Miller:

According to media reports, Father Francis Miller was ordained for the Order of Discalced Carmelites in 1949. He left the Diocese of Tucson in 1963.

In March 2003, Father Miller’s name was included in the list of names released by the Diocese of Tucson of priests with “credible accusations” of child molestation against them. He was placed on leave. The review of archival records has shown that there was a failure to report allegations made against him.

As of 2005, he was living in a retirement facility run by the Order, in the Washington, D.C., area.
