Father Theodore Kocian was a priest of the Society of the Catholic Apostolate (S.A.C.) Pallottines. The date of his ordination is unknown.  According to media reports, in November 2018, his name was included in the Diocese of Buffalo’s updated list of priests credibly accused of child sexual abuse. It appeared under the heading: “Priests with Substantiated Claims of Sexual Abuse of a Minor – Religious Orders”. The original list was published in March 2018.
