Summary of Abuse Allegations Against Father Edward D’Andrea:

According to media reports, in April 2011, following allegations of child sexual abuse, Father Edward D’Andrea was removed from ministry, in accordance with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. At the time of his removal, he was Pastor of Our Lady of the Snow in Blue Point, NY. 

In August 2019, Father D’Andrea was accused in a lawsuit filed under the NY Child Victims Act, of sexually abusing a 15-year-old child from 1975 to 1978. The alleged victim was a student and parishioner of St. Barnabas in Bellmore. He is believed to be living in Ronkonkoma, New York.
