According to media reports, in June 2019, Fr. Eugene Arnaud’s name appeared publicly on the Diocese of Brooklyn’s updated list of Diocesan Clergy for Whom the Diocese Received Allegations of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, in the subsection “Diocese of Brooklyn Clergy Who Were Deceased/or Resigned Prior to a Finding of Credibility”.

Information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, or Arnaud’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse are unknown.

Arnaud died in August 1988.
