Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Jorge Moreno:

Fr. Jorge Moreno’s alleged sex crimes involve two young boys under the age of 14, which took place between 1970-1975 while Moreno was at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Sacramento, CA. One of the incidents was reported to the Diocese of Sacramento in 1995 and the other in 2003.

In 1995, Moreno was removed from ministry and fled to Mexico to evade criminal allegations. He is one of five Hispanic priests who fled to Mexico following allegations of child sexual abuse.
