Fr. Mansfield Starks was ordained in the Diocese of Albany in 1942. His time in the diocese is only confirmed by the obituary made and the only parish listed was Emeritus of the Church of the Immaculate in Glenville, New York. Starks is the brother of accused priest Donald Starks.
