Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Pablo Cortes:

In 1990, sexual allegations surfaced about Fr. Pablo Cortes of El Salvador. It was reported to the Diocese of Sacramento that Cortes allegedly sexually assaulted a young woman under the age of 14 in 1970, while he was the Associate Director of Centro del Sancto Rosario in Woodland, California. Details are unknown, but ironically, Cortes left the diocese voluntarily in 1973. The allegations were deemed to be credible by the Bishop.
