Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father Aldo Tos:

Fr. Aldo Tos twice served as a pastor and also as an educator at three high schools in the Archdiocese of New York. In April 2019, his name appeared on the Archdiocese of New York’s list of clergy credibly accused of sex abuse of minors. It noted he was removed from ministry. The details of the allegations, including the information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, or Brault’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse is unknown.

Claims against him are eligible to be settled through the Independent Reconciliation and Compensation Program (IRCP). His laicization process was pending at the time of death. 

Tos retired in 2006 and died in 2014.
