 Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Dominic Gaioni:

Fr. Dominic Gaioni is a member of the Society of the Divine Word religious order who worked in the Archdiocese of San Bernardino and the Diocese of Los Angeles. According to the Diocese of San Bernardino, Gaioni has been accused of sexually abusing at least two children from 1977 and 1993. He worked at St. Catherine of Siena in Rialto from 1986 to 1992. According to the Diocese’s records, Gaiono was removed from ministry in 1993 when the allegations were made, but the Diocese did not report it to law enforcement until 2002.

Gaioni was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of priests accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. He was also included in the Diocese of San Bernardino’s 2018 list of clergy credibly accused of child sexual abuse. As of 2016, Gaioni was reportedly living in Pasadena, California.

His current whereabouts, status as a priest, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
