Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Mr. Frank Kohlbeck:

According to media reports, Mr. Frank Kohlbeck was a seminarian when he allegedly abused minors. He has been named in four civil lawsuits of child sexual abuse while serving in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The alleged abuse occurred from 1981 to 1983 when he worked at St. John’s Seminary in Camarillo, CA.

Mr. Kohlbeck was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ list of clergy accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. In 2017, it is believed he was living in Orange, CA. Mr. Kohlbeck’s current whereabouts and whether he has access to children are unknown.
