Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Donald Baier:

In 2002, Fr. Donald Baier, had his privileges stripped by the Diocese of Venice pending the investigation of sexual abuse to a minor. The church received an anonymous letter with documentation of abusive acts that allegedly occurred in the late 1970s. The victims never came forward but believe them to be credible. Charges were never filed. Baier died in 2018.
