Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father Otto Martinez:

Fr. Otto Martinez was ordained in 1963.

In 2004, Martinez was investigated among almost 20 archdiocesan priests by prosecutors. However, no charges were filed due to the statute of limitations. According to media reports, they never determined if there was probable cause of a crime.

In 2020, Martinez was included in the Office of Statewide Prosecution’s Report On Sexual Abuse in the Catholic Church in Florida.

Very little is known of Martinez’s activities within the church as the Archdiocese of Miami has not released any information about Martinez’s assignment history. In addition, information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, or Martinez’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse is unknown.

Martinez’s current whereabouts are unknown.
