Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Fr. Edward Francis Frigault:

Fr. Edward Francis Frigault, was ordained to the priesthood in 1949, who served in the Diocese of Norwich. He served in several parishes in the northeastern region of the Diocese of Norwich, including St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception in Baltic from 1973 to 1986 and St. Joseph Church in Willimantic, where he served as Pastor from 1989 until he retired in 1997.

According to media reports, in February 2019, the Diocese of Norwich included Fr. Frigault's name on its "list of clergy with allegations of substance of sexual abuse of a minor." The details of the allegations, including the information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, and Frigault's assignments at the time of the alleged abuse are unknown.

Fr. Frigault was removed from ministry in 2002. He died in August 2008, at the age of 86.
