Br. John “Jeron” Shea was a member of the Brothers of St Francis Xavier and worked in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Brooklyn, and Detroit. Brother Shea was one of the priests identified on the Xaverian Brothers list as having been accused of sexual misconduct with a minor based on allegations that could not be sufficiently investigated so as to determine credibility.

According to the Xaverian Brothers, in 2004, Br. Shea was accused of sexually abusing a minor in the late 1960s at Leonard Hall in Leonardtown, Maryland.

Brother Shea is deceased.
