Summary of Abuse Allegations Against Father Thomas B. Lee:
Father Thomas B. Lee was ordained a Catholic priest in the Archdiocese of Seoul in South Korea. In the 1970s, Fr. Lee studied at John Hopkins University and lived at Immaculate Heart of Mary in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Maryland. In 2002, Fr. Lee was listed on the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s Credibly Accused of Sexual Abuse of Minors list. In April 2023, Maryland’s Attorney General released a report alleging 156 Catholic clergy members sexually abused at least 600 children over six decades. The report lists the names of the abusers, including Father Thomas B. Lee.
According to Bishop Accountability, in 1993, an individual alleged sexual abuse by Father Thomas B. Lee in the early 1970s while Lee resided in Maryland. The Archdiocese of Baltimore notified the Archdiocese of Seoul of this allegation, and he was listed as credibly accused by the Archdiocese of Baltimore in 2002.
