Peacock was listed on the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s Credibly Accused of Sexual Abuse of Minors list. According to the Attorney General’s report, in 2006, a woman reported that Msgr. Peacock had sexually abused her in the 1960s when she was in 4th grade. The victim was a student at Our Lady of Victory, where she was sent to the rectory as a punishment. Msgr. Peacock then sexually abused the victim in the rectory.
