Fr. Mountain sexually abused the victim again on multiple occasions between 1945 and 1949, when the victim was between 15 and 17 years old. The first occasions of sexual abuse occurred in the rectory at St. Jerome's Church in Baltimore, and the later occasions occurred in the rectory at St. Lawrence Church in Jessup.
