Miami-Dade Massage Therapist Georges Plummer Arrested on Sexual Battery Charge
Georges Plummer Miami-Dade Massage Therapist Arrested After Allegations of Sexual Battery

Miami-Dade Police arrested 29-year-old massage therapist Georges Plummer after a female client reported she was sexually assaulted by Plummer on Monday, April 1, 2014 at 9:15 am. The alleged victim, 31, was intending to receive a massage from Plummer at OUM Lymphatic Massage in Aventura, Florida.  She had received two prior massages from Plummer without incident. Plummer is the owner and manager of OUM.

According to media reports, during the massage appointment, Plummer pulled the victim's underwear to the side and rubbed the victim's genitals with his palm. Plummer then reportedly told the victim, "We are going to do something to relax you more," at which time he removed her underwear, before sexually battering the victim with his fingers. Plummer is accused of digitally penetrating and performing oral sex on the victim for "10 to 20 minutes", as his client attempted to push away his hand and told him to stop several times, before he eventually stopped. The alleged victim quickly reported the incident to the Miami-Dade Police, who arrested Plummer and he was transported to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

A Miami-Dade judge found probable cause to charge Plummer with sexual battery, before granting him $10,000 bond and ordered him to stay away from the accuser. George Plummer has been licensed as a massage therapist in Florida since 2013 according to Florida Department of Health records.  His license was in good standing at the time of his arrest. On September 18, 2025, the Department filed a Complaint seeking to permanently revoke Plummer's license.

There are numerous pending civil lawsuits involving sexual misconduct at various massages and spas in the State of Florida. Under Florida law, massage therapists occupy positions of trust, and all sexual activity between the massage therapist and clients is strictly prohibited. A massage therapist may not use his relationship with a client to induce or attempt to induce the patient to engage or to engage or attempt to engage the client in sexual activity outside the scope of practice or the scope of generally accepted treatment.

Horowitz Law has filed numerous sexual assault lawsuits against massage therapists on behalf of clients who were sexually assaulted during massages at numerous establishments and hotels.
