Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father Martin Van Trieste:

Fr. Martin Van Trieste was a member of the Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity order. According to media reports, in 2002, Van Trieste was accused in a lawsuit alleging that he sexually abused five men in the 1960s and 1970s. At the time, they were young boys and members of Van Trieste’s touring singing group for Latino boys, “The Little Martins”. Two of the victims who initially filed suit were between the ages of 6 and 12 years old at the time of the abuse.

Van Trieste retired in 2005 and died in 2007.
