Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father Vincent The Quang Nguyen:

Father Vincent The Quang Nguyen was an extern priest from the Archdiocese of Saigon in Vietnam. He served as parochial vicar at St. Michael, in Biloxi and was the Diocesan Vietnamese Apostolate. 

According to media reports, in January 2019, his name appeared publicly on the Diocese of Biloxi’s list of clergy credibly accused of sex abuse of minors. In 1989, he was removed from ministry after the diocese received reports that he had sexually abused adolescent girls earlier that year. The girls’ parents first reported the abuse to the Biloxi Police Department. In February 2019, his name appeared was added to the Diocese of Richmond’s list of clergy credibly accused of sex abuse of minors.
