Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Brother Dominic Bokulich:

Br. Dominic Bokulich, aka Friar Leopold, was a member of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal. According to media reports, Bokulich was arrested in 2007 for the alleged sexual abuse of four minor boys (brothers), ages 4-14, between 2005 and 2007, at a retreat operated by the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal.

He was arrested that same year after he pled guilty to first-degree sexual abuse and course of sexual conduct, felonies, two counts of endangering the child’s welfare, and misdemeanors. In 2008, he was sentenced to seven years in state prison, along with five years of post-release supervision. Bokulich was also required to register as a sex offender in the state of New York.

As of 2020, it is believed that Bokulich was residing in New York. His whereabouts and whether he has access to children are unknown.
