Father Andres Arias was ordained a priest in 1936, and served in the Diocese of Los Angeles. According to media reports, in Fr. Andreas Arias was named in one civil lawsuit alleging child sexual abuse in 1936 at La Purisima Concepcion in Lompoc, California. His name was included on a list of Assignments of Accused Priests Who Worked In the Los Angeles Archdiocese and Lawsuits In Which They Are Named, compiled by the Los Angeles Times in 2006.

Fr. Arias’ current whereabouts, his status as a priest, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
