Complaint Filed Against Massage Therapist Alejandro Pages for Alleged Sexual Misconduct in Fort Lauderdale

On September 18, 2025, the Florida Department of Health, Board of Massage Therapy, filed an administrative complaint against massage therapist Alejandro Pages in Fort Lauderdale. The complaint was filed after a report was made alleging sexual misconduct during a massage Pages performed while working at Evara Beach Spa on N. Ocean Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pages obtained his massage therapist license in Florida in January 2023, which expired in August 2025. It is unknown if he is also the owner of MBS, Mind Body Soul.

According to the complaint, on June 22, 2023, a woman received a massage at Evara Beach Spa, performed by Pages. During the massage, Alejandro Pages allegedly rubbed or touched the client's vagina, digitally penetrated her vagina, and touched her nipple.

When clients schedule a massage, they do so to relax and relieve stress. They trust that licensed massage therapists are properly vetted and will act with professionalism and integrity.

Under Florida law, massage therapists occupy positions of trust, and any sexual contact with a client is strictly prohibited. A therapist may not use their professional relationship to induce or attempt to induce a client to engage in sexual activity outside the accepted scope of practice or standards of treatment.

It is unlawful, unethical, and a violation of professional duty for any therapist to touch a client sexually. Because massage therapy takes place in private settings where clients are particularly vulnerable, practitioners are expected to exercise sound judgment and uphold the highest standards of moral character.

In the administrative complaint against Alejandro Pages, the Florida Department of Health alleges that he willfully abused his position as a licensed massage therapist by engaging in sexual misconduct with a client who trusted him to act professionally. Such conduct constitutes a grave breach of the therapist-client relationship and violates the ethical and statutory duties governing the practice of massage therapy. A violation of these professional standards demonstrates a lack of the moral character and judgment required to safely practice. Should the allegations be substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action may include suspension or revocation of Alejandro Pages’s license to practice massage therapy in the State of Florida.
