Cleveland Clinic’s Jeremy Ciocon Sentenced to Prison for Video Voyeurism
Cleveland Clinic Employee Jeremy Ciocon Arrested for Filming Patients and Co-Workers in Bathroom

On July 28, 2025, Jeremy Ciocon was sentenced to a Florida prison for one year plus one day after pleading no contest to six counts of Video Voyeurism. Ciocon had previously been arrested for using his iPhone to record multiple women–– including five of his co-workers at the Cleveland Clinic –– who were using the bathroom facilities Clinic located in Weston, Florida. Ciocon's prison sentence will be followed by a probation of 4 years. Prior to sentencing Ciocon, Broward County Circuit Court Judge Michael Rothschild heard victim impact statements from several of the women who were illicitly recorded.

Horowitz Law filed lawsuits on behalf of four of the women who delivered an impact statement explaining how deeply violated they felt when they discovered they had been victimized by Mr. Ciocon in their workplace.

Prior to his arrest, Ciocon had been employed as a medical assistant in the Cleveland Clinic's Urology Department. Ciocon got caught when a Urology Department employee observed the phone concealed behind a box of gloves on a medical cart in the restroom. The cell phone camera was pointing directly toward the toilet. The victim turned the phone over to a Cleveland Clinic security officer, who contacted law enforcement. Ciocon admitted to intentionally concealing his cell phone within the Urology Department restroom for the purposes of recording women going to the bathroom. He explained that he did this for his own sexual gratification.

Horowitz Law has handled numerous cases involving sexual misconduct and video voyeurism. Under no circumstances is a doctor, nurse or other healthcare provider permitted to have sexual contact with a patient or record a patient without their consent.  A medical facility where this occurs may be held legally responsible for the severe damage it causes to victims.
